Return Procedures

All claims for damaged goods or incomplete shipments must be made to Creative Sports Enterprises at the above phone number within 7 days after receipt of product. If notification is not received it will be assumed that the shipment arrived complete and undamaged. Creative Sports Enterprises Inc. assumes no liability beyond that date. Every return must have an authorization number issued by a member of our sales department. The number must be written on the outside of the package (s). Products returned without prior authorization number will not be issued a full credit.

Items returned without an authorization will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. In addition, all refunds issued for returned merchandise will NOT include a credit for original shipping and handling charges.

Damaged Merchandise Procedures

If you receive a shipment in damaged condition, have the damage noted by UPS. Notify us and your local UPS office that you have received a damaged package. UPS will come out and inspect the item(s), and return it to us at no expense to you. (NOTE: Leave all damaged products in the original carton(s) as UPS must inspect the package in the condition in which it arrived.) These procedures must be followed, in order for us to receive a credit for the item(s) so we can issue a credit to you.
